We have a number of different delivery options depending on where you live and how quickly you need your order..

UK (Standard) delivery - FREE/£3.90

UK Standard delivery to any UK address costs only £3.90, but is FREE for orders over £75. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and will ordinarily arrive within 3-4 working days to arrive, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email.

UK (Premium) delivery - £6.00

Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and will ordinarily arrive within 1-2 working days to arrive, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email.

If no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, you can ask him/her to leave the package in a 'safe place' - i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for two weeks.

UK (Express) delivery - £9.90

We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. All orders received before 2pm will ordinarily arrive before 1pm on the following working day. Please note that orders placed before 2pm on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday and orders placed after 2pm on Friday are only guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday. Again, you will receive a tracking number via email.

A signature is required for this service, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for one week.

European Delivery - £9.00

We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe. These are charged at £9 an order and can take a week to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss.

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Rest Of The World - £12.00

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe. These are charged at £12 an order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss.

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Pick Up – FREE

If it is more convenient, you can pick up your order during office hours from our warehouse in Battersea, south London. Simply enter the promotion code PICKUP at the checkout to deduct the delivery charge.

We are open between 9.30 and 5.30 Monday to Friday. Please allow at least two hours for us to prepare your order and indicate roughly when you will be collecting it.
