We have four different delivery options, as well as the chance to pick up from our warehouse.

Standard UK delivery - £4.50

Standard delivery to any address within the UK costs £4.50. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and should ordinarily arrive within 4-5 working days during sale times, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email.

If no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, you can ask him/her to leave the package in a 'safe place' - i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place in the specified box under delivery instructions. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for three weeks.

Express UK delivery - £9.00

We offer an express service for UK addresses only. Orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to arrive within two working days during sale period. This service costs £9.00. You will receive a tracking number via email.

A signature is required, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for one week.

European Delivery - £9.00

We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe. These are charged at £9.00 an order and can take a week to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders.

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Parcels over 2kg may attract an additional charge.

Rest of the world - £12.00

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe. These are charged at £12.00 an order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders.

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Parcels over 2kg may attract an additional charge.

Pick up – FREE

If it is more convenient, you can pick up your order during office hours from our warehouse in Battersea, south London. Simply enter the promotion code PICKUP at the checkout to deduct the delivery charge.

We are open between 9.30 and 5.30 Monday to Friday. Please allow a few hours for us to prepare your order and indicate roughly when you will be collecting it.
