Online Marketer


We are looking to recruit an experienced online marketing executive to help us increase our exposure and develop our business across all digital marketing channels.

You need to have experience in the digital space in general and online marketing in particular and have a proven interest in all aspects of e-commerce. A working knowledge of HTML would be an advantage.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our Affiliate Programme – recruiting new affiliates, liaising with existing affiliates to optimise their performance, measuring success
  • Overseeing our PPC and SEO campaigns – communicating regularly with external agencies, refining our existing campaigns and looking for new opportunities; measuring success
  • Overseeing our Email campaigns – creating and broadcasting emails, measuring success
  • Contributing to the overall online marketing strategy, specifically PPC, SEO, affiliate, email and social, to ensure that all the different marketing channels support each other.
  • Proposing and helping to execute initiatives to support online acquisition and retention.
  • Monitoring Google Analytics to ensure that the different marketing channels are delivering the results required and, if not, being able to identify the reasons why not.
  • Reporting to management on the success of the online marketing strategy and the different campaigns and channels.

    Part-Time Bookkeeper


    We are looking to recruit an experienced bookkeeper to work up to 16 hours a week from our South London office.

     Your responsibilities will include:

  • Banking of cheques
  • Preparing invoices for payment
  • Entering invoices into Sage Instant Accounts
  • Preparing management accounts and other reports/forecasts as requested
  • Dealing with general Accounts enquiries
  • Liaising with the accountant over weekly/monthly payroll, VAT and end-of-year-returns
  • Develop processes to help the business grow

    You will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Essential)
  • Good knowledge of and experience using Sage (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (Essential)
  • To be available immediately (Desirable)
