When people talk about holiday reading, they normally mean an undemanding page-turner. However, for me (now my kids are a bit older) a week's holiday is one of the few times I get when I can really get into something a bit more substantial. And at over 800 pages, The Crimson Petal And The White is certainly substantial, so much so that you might not even have to pack anything else...

end-of-season sample sale

We have a number of summer samples, seconds and end-of-season stock on sale in our south London warehouse over the next couple of days. Doors will open at 08.30 tomorrow (Thursday) and at 09.00 on Friday. We have further reduced some of the items, we have end of line styles that aren't in the sale online and we have plenty of other bargains, so come along and have a rummage. Please bring cash.
