Returns
To return an item simply complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods to :

Goods must normally be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on within 21 days of receipt. Knickers can only be returned with hygiene strip in place. Gift boxes cannot be returned for refund.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered, in which case we will either send out a FREEPOST envelope or refund the cost of UK standard postage).
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange on the Returns Form.
To avoid disappointment we suggest you contact our customer service team on 0844 8004108 or check our website to confirm that your chosen item is in stock.
You will not be charged additional P&P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address. Note
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
