I also wanted to send you a photograph of my washing line, with several seasons’ pairs of Hush pyjama bottoms blowing in the breeze. I started to use your company a few years ago and here's what I love about your company: a) your products - of course. Free time is so rare and precious that there is no nicer way of spending it than snuggled up in comfortable PJs reading a good book. Last winter, one of the coldest I can remember, I was layered up in Hush wear. b) How nice you all are - I've had great customer service, you sent me a code voucher just for being a good customer (which I have yet to use), and now a lovely tea bag so I can have a cup of tea in my PJs. c) The magazines, book reviews, ideas that you send out - I love reading them. d) Your sales - OMG they are amazing - and this year I was lucky enough to be invited to the pre-sale, which I took full advantage of. By the way - I saw the bit that Mandy wrote about having received criticism for your model - I think your models are all lovely, and if your clothes fit her then she can't be TOO thin - anyway, young girls are thin. I'm still a size 10 in my forties, but it's a different size 10 to the shape I was in my teens and 20s. Anybody who can't just see that a young girl is just a young girl is just looking for things to criticise. Incidentally, I would rather see the clothes I order modelled on someone who looks amazing in them, then I can carry a bit of that in my head when I'm snuggled up too. Keep up the good work. If I can think of anything to improve, I will let you know."

I tried to order online but the system would not let me, but the telephone service was great. Good website, like the other links. If I was as clever as you guys I'd have put two bands of gentler/wider elastic so light is better blocked..and thrown in details of head size...so off you go sort please ...in time for next order."

I wish Hush could introduce a wider range of sizes ie XS, S, M, L etc instead of S/M and M/L. I am a size 12/M and the S/M tends to be a little too tight for me, whilst the M/L are a little too big. I can pull down the silk cargo trousers without unbuttoning/unzipping them, which does not give me much of a feel of confidence. This means I can only order clothes from Hush that I can live with being too big for me, or that have drawstrings or some way of cinching them off. Anything that I would need to fit me 'properly' in order to feel secure/comfortable, for eg a strapless dress or top, I cannot risk ordering, which is a shame. Other than that, lovely clothes and fabrics! The cotton dress is very comfy and I love the knitted T shirt."

However, the items I received were rather crushed, and to some extent I guess this is down to the fabric, but I would recommend putting a label in advising hanging in steamed room or airing. This allows Hush to acknowledge what state they will arrive in but using expert tips to advise how to look after the items after delivery. And would also be best done before people try things on because it will give them the best first impression when they do try them. I am also sad that my Capri dress does not fit - as my bust is just too small. (Alas, an issue of life!) My Classic Silk dress also was disappointing as did not fit correctly and had a slight stain on the back. However, I am currently sitting here wearing my racerback dress. It was the purchase I was most wary about due to my odd hips and its tight design, but it is definitely one of my best purchases of the year! So although I am disappointed it is down to a lack of fit and a stain rather than anything else."

I think the PJ trousers are the wrong colourway, or at least not the one I thought I had ordered, but I can't break into the packaging as it is a gift! Would be easier if images appeared in the shopping basket so that customers can be sure they have got the right thing, particularly when, like with my order, the pattern can be blue out of white or white out of blue. Overall though am looking forward to giving to my sister in law for her birthday. Hope that helps."

Unfortunately the same can't be said for all the dresses I ordered. The silk dress I ordered was badly fitting and felt very flimsy. The two tone dress was badly finished, with the stitching across the front uneven and a weird bulge across one shoulder seam. Such a shame as they both look so lovely in the catalogue. I have kept two other dresses, as although they don't fit quite like the catalogue, they are still pretty."
