Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and hush homewear ltd (also referred hereafter as ‘we', ‘us', ‘our', ‘hush'). Placing an Order

When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and hush for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s).

If you place your order online, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed, even if it is a pre-order or back-order. However, if you place your order by phone, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods only when your order is ready for despatch.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as is practical and refund your card within 7 days of so doing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.

Special Offers & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion nor are they valid for the purchase of gift vouchers.

If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery or the cost of a gift box.

Free gifts: If a free gift is added with orders over a certain amount and items are returned so that the order is under the threshold amount, that gift must be returned or it will be charged at the advertised amount.

FREE DELIVERY AND RETURNS: The promo code SUM131 is not valid to customers outside of the UK and applies to UK standard delivery only.

BUNDLES: In case of part return of a bundle containing multiple products, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded so that you will have paid full price of the goods kept.

GIFT SETS: In case of part return of a gift set, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded so that you will have paid full price of the goods kept. Please note that gift boxes are non-returnable.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders will be despatched as soon as the stock is in to fulfil the entire order.

We will endeavour to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order at all times, but please be aware that delivery times are best estimates and are by no means guaranteed. 

Please note also that orders placed online will be charged at the time of placing the order. Orders placed by phone will be charged at the moment of despatch.

Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within two working days of the order being accepted.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns Policy

You may ordinarily return any products within 21 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. However, this period may be shorter for sale items.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, not as ordered or you have a special promotion code, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

In the case of faulty items, we will send out a freepost envelope for the return of the goods. We will not refund return postage in any circumstances.

Your Right to Cancel

You may normally cancel this contract in writing within seven days of receiving the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

If the products have already been despatched, you will be required to return the items as per our returns policy.

This right to cancel does not include enhancements to your order such as expedited delivery options or gift boxes.

Payment & Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, debit card or hush gift vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, if you are ordering from inside the EU, are inclusive of VAT.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
