Wish we were... soaking up some culture in Bath

Plan a visit to Bath during February or March and not only will you get to enjoy the many delights of this historic city but you’ll also have the chance to soak up some of the city’s serious style credentials during it’s ‘Bath in Fashion’ festival.

Stay:  The Queensbury Hotel recommended by Mr and Mrs Smith not only boasts one of Bath’s finest restaurants (Olive Tree) but offers contemporary comfort with an air of old-fashioned service.

Do: Attend a talk with legendary shoe designer Manolo Blahnik or get lost in a vintage fashion fair as part of the festival. If that doesn’t grab you then why not relax and enjoy a dip in Britain’s only natural thermal spa at Thermae Bath Spa.

Watch:  Take in a play at one of Britain’s oldest theatres, the Theatre Royal.  A favourite amongst the acting community, it often hosts pre-London productions.

Eat: If you fancy something more low key than the Olive Tree grab a light lunch or tea and cakes at Café Lucca, housed inside contemporary design boutique The Loft.
