Because it’s made from pure linen for a lightweight, cool feel, and it’s cut to a relaxed fit that channels that I-just-threw-this-on look. We’ve given the stripe a speckled effect (it feels more casual) and we’ve finished it with a chest pocket.

• Turn inside out and delicate machine wash at 30°C
• Wash with similar colours
