A detail we're really into right now: handkerchief hems. The one on our Rudy maxi dress gives us that fancy feeling without much effort at all. We've kept the look casual by adding an elasticated waist, and it's made from pure ramie for an easy daytime feel. Saying that, we know it'd translate just as well to smarter settings when we feel like it.

Fabric has a gorgeous weight to it so hangs well. Sizing is generous. I bought it in the sale so got a real bargain.

I originally ordered a 12 (usually a 12/14) but had to size down to a 10, which fits a lot better. The dress has a lot of gathering at the waist which doesn’t really suit me but I think I can work with. The colour and fabric is beautiful though and I can’t wait for summer to wear it. Great price in the sale too
