60 Seconds With: Ella Gregory

A blogger, podcaster and author, Ella Gregory is the woman behind the much-loved Coco's Tea Party blog, which she founded back in 2006. Since then she's built a global readership, published an e-book with career advice for would-be social media stars and launched a podcast about wellbeing and work, Let's Discuss, with her friend and fellow lifestyle blogger Monica Beatrice Wilburn.

Her ethos - life is more fun when filled with beautiful things - is one we wholeheartedly agree with. We caught up with Ella to get the lowdown on her stylish life in 10 questions...

Perfect day… A late wake-up, brunch, a long walk around Richmond Park, dinner cocktails with friends, Netflix and an early night.

The book everyone should read… American Wife by Curtis Sittenfeld.

Guiltiest pleasure… An evening spent on the sofa watching The Real Housewives of New York with a bar of Green & Blacks sea salt chocolate.

Love of my life… My very elderly black and white cat, Mr Twiggles.

Favourite place in the world (and why)… Central Park. I love strolling around on Sunday mornings, when all of the New Yorkers are out walking their dogs. I'm a city girl at heart, so I love parks that are placed right in the centre of the hustle and bustle.

Dream dinner party guests… Mindy Kaling, Cheryl Strayed, Oprah Winfrey and Graham Norton.

Wardrobe weakness… There's always room for another navy and cream striped tee. Always!

In my bag... Wallet, keys, iPhone, reusable water bottle, lip balm, emergency supply of painkillers and plasters, a book.

Most recent impulse buy… I'm not much of an impulse shopper any more, as I'm trying to be more environmentally friendly by consuming consciously. However, I can never resist buying more books.

Go-to uniform… Midi skirt, striped tee, trainers and a leather jacket.
