Recognising that this combination is sometimes tricky to find, we designed our Sable flares with a flattering slim leg and made them from textured corduroy. They're streamlined from waist to thigh, tapering outwards from knee to hem. Dress them up with heeled sandals and a blazer, or go down the casual route with chunky knits and boots.

<span itemprop="description">I love cords - they remind me in a pleasant way of childhood in the 70s. Hush seem to do a nice line in very soft ones. These are indeed much too long for me, but when you are 5'3" you get used to taking things up. They are giving a new lease of life to my old Hush Stella jumper. I'd say they're a bit tighter than some Hush things, especially because of the high waist - I'm often a 6 but got the 8 in these.</span>
