MELISSA DICK

Grey mark hoodie I love the oversized shape of this classic grey marl hoodie; it takes a sweatshirt from basic to contemporary and luxe. On weekends, I’m wearing it under wool overcoats, Monday to Friday it’s adding attitude to silk slip dresses and heeled boots.

Gold chunky hoops These Jenny Bird gold hoops have been on my wishlist for a while, so I was thrilled when we partnered with this gorgeous brand. The devil is in the detail with these earrings, particularly the chunkiness of the hoop and the back fastening, which is really noticeable with your hair worn back.

Grey sweatshirt dresses A grey marl sweatshirt has inbuilt cred and cool thanks to its American sportswear roots, so I love being able to bring this attitude to a dress. It’s easy to wear and the fleece fabric is unbelievably cosy. I’m styling it with a chunky chain and unexpected shoes (like our silver leather boots) to elevate the look.

The statement knit I’m always happy when sweater season arrives and I can update my wardrobe with a new statement knit. The minute I saw this piece I knew it was the one. The stitching detail on the sleeves and shoulder makes this knit very now – and very special.

Knitted hood For weekend walks and workdays. If you travel on the tube like I do, you need one of these! You can whip it on and off easily, so it’s perfect for keeping the chill away without feeling too bundled up.

Fringe-trim dress I’m really looking forward to wearing this fringe-hemmed dress on repeat throughout December. This trim brings just enough disco and drama to an effortless t-shirt shape, so I feel dressed up and laid-back at the same time. I’m wearing it with an oversized black blazer for days when I go from work to dinner, and with simple ballet pumps when I’m hosting. Best of all: it’s a fringed party piece I can chuck in the wash, seriously.

Glitter top This crystal-embellished mesh top gives me cool ‘00s vibes, especially when worn with jeans (my go to going out bottoms). I’m going to make a real point of not saving this top for best and look forward to sparkling through the office, as well as under the disco ball, and in the aisles of the supermarket ––tis the season after all.

Sparkle disco bag You have to see this bag in real life to believe how cute it is! The diamante is mesmerising to look at. i’m going to repeat myself but i won’t be saving this for evenings, it’s a solid Saturday brunch bag. Bring on the joy.
