It is not shapeless like some maxi dresses, it skims the body and the denim is lightweight but still thick enough. It&rsquo;s very overpriced for a basic denim dress but it&rsquo;s exactly what I&rsquo;ve been after. The adjustable straps are great and the denim is soft. I would&rsquo;ve liked a side split but that&rsquo;s personal preference and I can always get my tailor to do this. Note of caution re the sizing - I ordered a 6 &amp; 8. On trying them on they were exactly the same fit. I measured each one and there was no difference in the measurements. I&rsquo;m not sure if I have a size 6 or 8 but it fits just right (for reference I&rsquo;m between a size 8 &amp; 10 but often 6/8 in Hush). Also look out for the finishing. One dress had visible white stitching showing through on the back of the dress where the size label has been stitched. It looks awful and attempting to remove it would probably result in damage to the dress.
