We’re looking for someone who knows ECom and has a proven track record in creating superlative digital customer experiences. Responsibilities include:• Leading and delivering best in class VM for hush-uk.com.
• Deliver best in class digital VM onsite and a total customer experience that elevates the brand and yields the commercial return.
• Deliver inspiring onsite product launches with high visual impact and strong commercial return.
• Drive a culture of optimisation – always striving to make the site look and feel better.
• Explore and present continuous improvements and innovations in our digital VM.
• Work closely with the wider Ecom and Marketing department to ensure overall balance between creative, commercial & customer.
• Create & deliver a VM roadmap for the web experience, continuously seeking out improvements and enhancements.
• Drive a programme of testing and pitch website improvements as part of our regular release cycles.
• Drive the international digital VM agenda with Global E and any new partners we deem right for the brand with commercial return.
• Be the go-to person at hush for digital VM and link with offline VM as appropriate to ensure a joined up total customer experience.

Digital Marketing is set to fuel the future growth of hush, and we are looking for an excellent Performance Marketing Executive to expand on the huge progress we have made in the last 12 months. The role will encompass 3 paid channels: Affiliates, Display and Paid Search (which is in run in house alongside a PPC Executive).
Responsibilities include:• Day-to-day optimisation: managing the accounts in line with best practice to ensure channels are operating at peak performance.
• Performance reporting: sharing insights back to the wider team in line with business reporting cadence, as well as fulfilling ad hoc requests for channel updates.
• Scaling our international business: we have ambitious plans for global growth, and expansion of our paid marketing channels is critical to delivering on that plan.
• Owning and developing a testing plan: digital marketing is ever-changing, and therefore you will be tasked with owning a test & learn plan to help ensure our channels continue to evolve.
• Working closely with partners: Managing the day to day relationship with our display agency & Awin account representative, as well as running quarterly reviews with Google, Microsoft and our search consultants to ensure hush are on top of any industry changes as they happen.
• Trend Analysis: The right candidate will be expected to be forthcoming in sharing the latest trends with the wider business to ensure we are appropriately meeting customer demand.
Mandatory Requirements:• Experience in PPC, ideally agency-side.
• A comprehensive understanding of both the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Highly proficient in Search Ads 360 and able to make full use of its capabilities.
• A basic understanding of the role of PPC alongside SEO, as part of a holistic approach to Search.
Desirable Requirements:• Experience in Display Advertising and Affiliate Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills – Performance Marketing is a priority area for senior stakeholders in the business, so it is important you’re able to effectively communicate to those without in-channel expertise.
• A passion for both Performance Marketing & the hush brand, striking a fine balance between PPC creative best practice and our unique brand positioning.

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to start in March for a 12-month contract. You will oversee and be responsible for the successful planning and trading within the agreed business strategy, ensuring that all necessary frameworks and controls are in situ to maximize business performance. You will ensure that all relevant stakeholders have accurate data which can directly, proactively and consistently inform decisions relating to maximizing profitability and contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
Department Planning & Trading• Define the planning and forecasting of product category budgets, option counts, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the company.
• Supplies the Head of Merchandising necessary data to enable informed planning and trading decisions upon request.
• Continually demonstrates strong commercial awareness of customer behaviour across all channels, effectively sharing this insight to the wider team.
• Build a credible and balanced range alongside the buying team.
• Works closely with Buying to strategically drive and monitor intake margin and gross profit margins as requested.
• Manages the critical path in situ with the relevant buying team.
• Effectively control and ensure categories comply and work within the budgets and buy plans agreed with the senior management team.
• Take ownership and Manage stocks and sales using the WSSI and ensure that each product area is effectively and accurately forecast.
• Provides clarity to current opportunities and risks, providing effective plans of action, seeks agreement and updates upon completion.
Team, Processes and Department Development• Always strives to improve the department’s operational performance and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.
• Is aware of current and emerging best practice within merchandising/buying and makes recommendations to the business via the Head of Merchandising as appropriate.
• Takes ownership and accountability of key decisions taken and drive self-development.
• Actively looks to take on further responsibilities outside of their main product categories, working closely with the Head of Merchandising to identify other areas of work they can drive and support with i.e. projects and wider-function responsibilities.
Communication and Relationship Building• Builds effective and open relationships with all members of the buying and merchandising team, based on reliable, accurate and relevant data.
• Ensures productive relationship between merchandising function and all other business areas to ensure goals achieved, specifically with the buying, marketing, Finance and warehousing teams.
• Delivers key information at the right time, to the right people, and presents when necessary at high level meetings as requested.

The Customer Service Associate role is key to making the hush customer experience a unique one. The Customer Service team prides itself on going that extra mile; dealing with practical issues and taking away any difficulties the customers may have. This role is integral to the business, you are the voice of the customer and the first point of contact in the business.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:• Offering an excellent standard of service over the phone and via email.
• Ensuring that customer queries are answered quickly and responded to within our agreed response times and recorded correctly.
• Completing operational procedures such as processing orders and refunds within the agreed times.
• Maintaining extensive and up-to-date knowledge of all products, offers and company information to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitoring and answering customer reviews on the website.
• Escalate any serious issues to the assistant customer service manager and the customer service manager.
• Greeting visitors to the office.
• Provide feedback from customers to the wider teams to promote continual improvement.
• Confidently communicate to the wider team openly and with clarity.
• Act as a champion for the voice of the customer.
• Assisting at our Sample sales.
Requirements:• A passion for customer service and dealing with people.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
• An approach that is results and achievement orientated to high standards.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Excellent computer skills.
This role is a great stepping stone into the fashion industry, gaining customer facing experience and with their knowledge of our hush customer many of our Customer Services team have later moved into other areas of the business including Buying, Merchandising and Marketing.
