Unfortunately the description did not say if the skirt was a fixed waistband or elasticated and it&rsquo;s impossible to tell from photos. I phoned up to ask as that would make a difference to the size I ordered and was told it was fixed waistband. I sized up but when the skirt arrived it was half elasticated. I kept it as I wanted to wear it somewhere but it really needed to be a size smaller. Customer Services did offer to replace when I phoned them. I do wish skirt descriptions included details of the waistband as this makes such a difference.
