As this is bias cut though and I have hips, (size 16) I felt it sensible to try an 18 and it is perfect and probably gives me an extra inch in length in doing this. Worn with a black simple long sleeve day to eve top and high sandals or a very fine knit jumper and heeled ankle boots, I feel elegant and feminine in it</span>
